Which products are eligible?
Look for Rotation Eligible. All currently published designs are Rotation eligible. Signature pieces, when available, are sold individually and excluded.
How does 3 for ₹699 work?
Choose three eligible pieces. Discounts apply automatically in your bag and checkout; no code is needed.
How does 6 for ₹999 work?
Choose six eligible pieces. Your jewellery total is ₹999 before shipping—about ₹167 per piece. Adding three to a three-piece Rotation increases the jewellery total by ₹300.
Can I mix earrings, necklaces, bracelets and bangles?
Yes. Mix any available Rotation-eligible categories. Only bangles have sizes 2.4, 2.6 and 2.8; other pieces are One size. Colour choices appear where available.
What if something goes out of stock?
Sold-out variants cannot be ordered. Choose another available size, colour or design. Adding to your bag does not reserve stock.
What if I add or remove pieces?
Shopify recalculates the eligible quantity tier: 1–2 pieces ₹333 each, 3–5 ₹233 each and 6 or more ₹166.50 each. Signature pieces do not count toward these tiers.
Is COD available?
Yes. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. See our shipping policy for the current rates.
Is prepaid delivery free?
Online prepaid payment is not active yet. We will update available payment methods and shipping options when Cashfree is connected. Please use the options actually displayed at checkout.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Avoid perfumes and chemicals, store separately and wipe gently after wear. Keep away from prolonged moisture. Read the Jewellery Care guide.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number, a description and useful photographs. Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery depends on your address and carrier. Use the tracking link supplied after dispatch, or contact us for an order update. We do not promise an unconfirmed dispatch or delivery time.
Is decorative eyewear protective?
No. It is a fashion accessory, not prescription or protective eyewear. No UV protection is claimed.
